Uganda Martyrs University Launches Fundraising Drive with a Memorable Dinner for New Nkozi Auditorium

Uganda Martyrs University officially launched its ambitious fundraising campaign to construct a new state-of-the-art auditorium at our main campus in Nkozi. The launch, marked by an unforgettable fundraising dinner, brought together stakeholders, alumni, government representatives, and well-wishers in a powerful show of unity and commitment to UMU’s future. This event was not just a night of celebration—it was the beginning of a collective effort to build a facility that will serve generations of students and the wider community. For over three decades, UMU has been a pillar of quality education in Uganda, currently serving more than 4,600 students across its campuses. As we grow, so does our need for modern infrastructure to support our academic, cultural, and community programs. The new auditorium at Nkozi is a cornerstone of this vision—a purpose-built space designed to host lectures, conferences, graduations, cultural events, and outreach initiatives that reflect our mission of ethical leadership and societal betterment.
